Holographic pigment

This look gives any color base a unique holographic look. 

Step 1. Apply a base color i.e. ANHdreamer color powder or  any gel polish

Step 2. Apply ANHdreamer foil gel

Step 3. Cure for 60 secs

Step 4. Dip applicator in pigment then firmly apply on the cured gel top coat. Brush off excess 

Step 5. Top off with ANHdreamer High Key Gloss
